American Management University has launched a new online Master in Management program. This program is designed for new university graduates and professionals who do not possess any leadership experience yet. The program focuses on developing management and leadership skills so that an employee may be better equipped to transition into an entry-level management role.
The program features ten courses with a Capstone course in Consulting. The student is expected to work with their employer on a project with a small team reporting to him or her.
