- A written request for withdrawal is submitted within 7 calendar days of initial enrollment; and
- The student has not substantially engaged in the program (including accessing course materials, submitting assignments, or participating in academic activities).
Partial Refunds
If a student withdraws after the initial 7-day period, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on:
- The amount of coursework accessed or completed
- The length of time enrolled
- Administrative and academic resources already allocated
AMU reserves the right to determine partial refund amounts based on these factors.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following may be non-refundable:
- Application fees
- Administrative or registration fees
- Evaluation or assessment fees
