General Requirements for all AMU Applicants

It is important to provide all required documents so the Admissions Unit can process your application for admission to the program. Please check the following list to make sure you have fulfilled everything necessary for your admission:
1.

Completed online application

Prospective students must submit an online application.

2.

Submit official educational certificates and transcripts

Applicants must submit certified educational documents. Additional fee may be charged if your qualifications require evaluation services

3.

Resume or CV

All graduate level applicants are required to submit a latest updated resume or curriculum vitae detailing their professional experience.

4.

Passport copy (photo page) or copy of National ID card

Prospective students must upload an official ID (passport, license, state ID, local national ID if a non-US resident).

Program Entry Requirements

Applicants must fulfil the entry requirements of the program applied. Please review the entry requirements for your program of choice in the Specific Entry Requirements section below.

Specific Entry Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for admission to any undergraduate program. 

For Bachelor’s programs, this may be waived if you already possess an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university.

English requirement can be waived if you graduated from an institute where English was the language of instruction. 

a) Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 2.75

b) Additional courses in business may be necessary for any student who does not possess a business-related undergraduate degree.

d) Two years of professional experience is recommended, although not required.

Any student who has graduated from an institute where English was the primary language of instruction may have the English requirement waived.

a) Minimum of a master’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.00

b) Additional courses in business may be necessary for any student who does not possess a business-related graduate degree.

d) Two years of management experience is recommended, although not required.

The transferability of hours of study or the award earned at AMU is at the complete discretion of an institution which you may seek to transfer. AMU programs are designed and offered for personal and professional development. We recommend you research whether AMU is the right fit for you.
